TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Written confirmation will be provided to guest(s) upon receipt of signed reservation form and $400.00 deposit per person. Thereafter, for the tour "Cultural and Gourmet Delights in Provence," All Weeks: $2,850.00 is due 90 days before the beginning of our first tour scheduled for the year unless otherwise agreed. The balance is due 60 days before the beginning of our first tour scheduled for the year unless otherwise agreed. Reservations made within 60 days of the beginning of the first tour scheduled require full payment, (payments adjusted according to price and to the $800.00 single supplement.). There is a $400.00 per person cancellation fee. For all "Other Tours" we will provide a separate payment schedule according to the price of the tour for which the reservation is made. For all tours, a refund of 60% of the amount paid - minus the cancellation fee - applies to written cancellations received between 90 to 65 days before the beginning of our first tour scheduled for Spring or Fall. A refund of 25% of the amount paid - minus the cancellation fee - applies to written cancellations received between 64 to 30 days before the beginning of the first tour scheduled for Spring or Fall. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days before the first tour scheduled. Prices are per person, double occupancy. We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance as we will not be able to deviate from this policy. The tour is sold as a package and there will be no refund for any unused portions such a s meals, services, transportation, and accommodations not utilized by a guest for any reason.
Important note: As of January 2009 substantial changes in the value of the dollar may require changes in the price of the tour. The tour prices are subject to change when made a year in advance of the posted tour price and year.

RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: There are certain risks and dangers in traveling on any tour, and in a foreign country. We strongly recommend that you review your medical and personal insurance and supplement it if necessary. Guests must be at least 18 years old, except for teenagers accompanied by their parents. FVV (Anne-Marie and Wade Hampton, and French Vintage Vacations, LLC) may occasionally be forced to cancel a week of a tour if there are too few participants. In this case our liability would be limited to a full refund of the reservation deposit and fees paid to FVV or offer an alternate tour date. Any physical disability requiring any special attention must be reported when the reservation is requested. FVV assumes no responsibility for any claim of damages, expenses or liability for any claims, injury, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, loss or damage to person or property or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from causes that include but are not limited to any fire, acts of government, theft, delays, cancellations, irregularity, weather, vehicle traffic, strikes, illness or accident incurred in any manner including transportation by plane, bus, car, van, taxi, train, boat, or other conveyance. FVV is not liable for changes in program or inconveniences due to strikes, weather, cancellations or any other circumstances that could disturb in the carrying out of any arrangements.

FVV reserves the right to charge a $100.00 late payment fee if payment is not paid by due date, and to cancel the reservation without any refund if payment is 10 days past due. FVV reserves the right to alter the itinerary if some adjustments need to be made due to local holidays, etc. FVV reserves the right to accept or decline, and to cancel the tour for any participant(s) at any time should such person's health, mental conditions, physical infirmity, or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the welfare or enjoyment of other guests. In such event there will be no refund, and no reimbursement for any additional expenses incurred by a participant whose tour has been canceled. If a guest causes any damages, he/she is the sole person responsible for payment. FVV reserves the right to take photos or films during the tour, and to use the photos for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer that their image not be used are asked to tell FVV at the beginning of their tour. Payment of your deposit or full payment represents your agreement to all the Terms and Conditions, and by signing the reservation form you are signing a release of liability.

TRAVEL: From Paris, you can take the TGV train (fast, comfortable train) to the Avignon TGV train statation. We will meet you at the Avignon TGV train station at about 4:30 PM Saturday afternoon. The following Saturday we will depart from the hotel at about 9:30 AM and will arrive at the Avignon TGV train station at about 10:30 AM. Tour "Tips," address and phone contacts will be provided 30 days prior to the tour. Please be advised that there are two train stations: the "Avignon TGV train station is where we'll pick you up. Do not make reservations at the train station called "Avigon Centre." We can't pick you up at the Avignon Centre train station.
